This accommodation can sleep up to 8. Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing with a £100 per week supplement per person, thereafter (except for High Season and price quoted is for maximum occupancy.   Base weekly rates are displayed on the Rates and Availability tab. Bedroom 2 (Ground floor). Twin beds with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Patio doors lead to outside terrace area.
Bedroom 3 (Ground floor). Twin bed with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.

Modern kitchen with dining table and chairs for 6 and all mod cons, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, microwave and dishwasher.  Door leads outside to washing machine.

Comfortable, bright living room with two comfy leather sofas and two arm chairs.  French doors lead out to the pool terrace.  Flat screen 40″ TV with satellite system (Sky Freeview).  Wifi is provided via a router in the villa.

Accommodation Exterior
Fully enclosed outside area boasts an electrically heated pool with salt chlorinator which is kinder to the skin, alfresco dining and terracing with sunbeds to soak up the Lanzarote sun.  An outside pool table for the kids in the family (large and small!) and a gas BBQ for the budding chef.
