A beautiful villa in the exclusive Puerto Calero Marina. This stunning property provides the perfect base for a fabulous holiday in Lanzarote. Just a 10 minute stroll from the marina with it’s parade of bars, designer shops & restaurants. The friendly town has much to offer from fishing, submarine & boat excursions to a day at the nearby 5 star Hesperia hotel with it’s restaurants, spa & sports club.

The modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar offers a great space along with the open plan dining area. Complete with an oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. Doorway leads to utility room where you will find the washing machine, iron & ironing board. There is a large table with 8 chairs for dining indoors with a window looking out to the pool and terrace.

Lounge

Open plan lounge with two large comfortable sofas, TV unit, large Flat Screen TV (Satellite TV with limited English channels) plus a bluetooth music system. Also features two modern armchairs placed in front of sliding doors to pool and terrace. The house also has an additional room with comfy beanbags and a TV ideal for the kids to escape to!

Accommodation Exterior

The outdoor area of the villa offers comfort, shade and a high level of privacy. Complete with Al-fresco dining for 10 with overhead lighting, a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs and sunbeds it´s the perfect place to relax outside. There is a Canarian BBQ, an outside shower as well as separate WC , basin and shower. Housed in the garage you will find a table tennis table that can be taken outside if you would prefer.

Puerto Calero is an exclusive marina of 475 berths located in a sheltered bay. The marina which boasts an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities. Car Hire Car hire is recommended to reach the tourist resorts and beaches.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included.  Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights.  All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided.  Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Occupancy
This accommodation can sleep up to 10. Prices are based on up to 4. Guests over 4 are charged at £175 per person per week (excluding High Season which is maximum occupancy). This Villa is potentially subject to a £500 Damage Bond. Please contact us for a final price.
