Modern and stylish, the property is within easy walking distance of the picturesque fishing harbour and its bars and restaurants. Alternatively take a walk along the coastal path to the Puerto Calero Marina where you can relax over a drink or meal at one of the quayside bars.

The villa is built on two levels in its own gardens with large terraces for sunbathing, barbecuing or just admiring the view. The lower level enjoys the swimming pool, together with a hot spring jacuzzi and American BBQ.

The villa is on 2 levels with a double and twin room on the ground floor. There are steps down to the pool area and the games room is on the lower level.

Superb games room with table tennis table, pool table, bar football, and a large steam room with seating for 7 people; utility area with washing machine. All rooms have air-conditioning, which can be used as wall heating in winter months. There is also a safety deposit box. Internet access available.
