This delightful detached villa is located on the quiet and peaceful Zafiro estate, close to the sea and part of the very popular Faro Park development. Unlike many similar villas in the area, the pool area and terraces are very private as the owners have heightened the surrounding walls of the garden. In addition, the electrically heated swimming pool is salt chlorinated, which means there are no harsh chemicals in the water, good for children and people with sensitive skin. The villa also has a jacuzzi hot tub to enjoy. The pool and terraces are southfacing, so catch the sun all day long, but there is plenty of shade should you need it. Inside, the lounge has been stylishly furnished with rich leather suite, and sliding patio doors lead outside. Satellite TV and DVD and CD players, are provided for your entertainment, as well as a large selection of books. Internet access is also available at a small charge. The owners have also created a large dining room by adding patio doors to the outside eating area. This means you can dine alfresco or close the doors and eat inside on the chillier evenings. The master bedroom is ensuite with king size bed, and has patio doors to the pool and terraces. A twin bedroom and fully fitted modern kitchen complete what the villa has to offer. Used as a residence by the owners for a number of weeks in the year, this villa provides home from home comforts for your sunshine holiday.
