Welcome to this simply stunning Spanish finca in the foothills just outside the award winning beautiful village of Yaiza. Providing the perfect location for those people seeking peace and solitude in traditional Canarian surroundings, La Finca offers the chance to escape from the pressures of today´s life and relax in Lanzarote´s stunning countryside. Yaiza village is just 2/3 minutes drive away and here you will find a handful of bars, restaurants and supermarket. A 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful upmarket resort of Playa Blanca with its host of restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as a stunning new marina. Climb the few steps to the small courtyard at the front entrance where you can sit and enjoy the fantastic views over the countryside to the sea, and then into the beautiful interior with its thick stone walls and beamed ceilings. Furnished to a very high standard throughout, the huge open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room and snug offers plenty of space if you have a large party using all the accommodation on offer. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the stunning outside terraces with swimming pool and waterfall feature. The villa has a double ensuite master bedroom with four-poster bed, ensuite and dressing room, and patio doors leading out to its own private sitting area. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The villa has a separate 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (including a state of the art slate-lined wetroom) self contained and private apartment with kitchen and 2 lounges, as well as a 1 bedroom studio apartment with sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. The apartment and studio will not be let out separately to another party if anyone is renting the finca alone.
