The large split level lounge and dining area feels cool even on the warmest of days, and a spacious fully fitted kitchen is on hand should you decide not to enjoy a barbecue on the terrace or one of Tias´ fine restaurants. Sleeping accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 master double ensuite and 2 twins, with a further bathroom. Doors lead out from the lounge to the large very private southfacing terraces surrounding the electrically heated swimming pool. Here you can also sit under the shade of the pergola and enjoy the views. At a very affordable price, this villa provides ideal accommodation for those who prefer to be away from the busy resorts but have them handily placed to visit.
