Playa Vista is a brand new small development of villas very close to the sea and the Rubicon Palace Hotel in Playa Blanca. Villas in this type of location so close to the sea are rare in Lanzarote, and this very modern and stylish villa offers simply stunning views to sea and Fuerteventura. The property has many sheltered southfacing patios and balconies surrounding the electrically heated swimming pool and children´s paddling pool, whilst the large inside space is more than enough for large family groups. The lounge has the fantastic views, is open plan with a dining area, and has satellite TV with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Patio doors lead out to the terraces. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped, and there is an adjoining breakfast room, again with those views. The master bedroom has patio doors to a balcony with spectacular views and there are 3 twin bedrooms, one being a second lounge with a screen for privacy, as well as 2 full bathrooms.
