If you like sitting on a southfacing terrace with a glass of wine soaking up the rays and a quite fabulous sea and coastal view, then this is the place for you! Enter the house into the spacious lounge which has satellite TV with many English channels, and DVD player. Patio doors lead from there to one of 2 terraces where you will find sun terraces surrounding the heated pool, as well as a large covered dining area where you can enjoy your evening barbecue. From the lounge, you can climb up a lovely spiral staircase upstairs to where there are 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and with patio doors leading out to a further terrace with those spectacular views. You can also access ths terrace and bedrooms from the pool terrace. There is a further bathroom and washroom, and a fully fitted modern kitchen. With the beautiful Papagayo beaches within a 20 min walk and the stunning new marina with its cafes, restaurants and shops just 15 mins walk, this accommodation makes the perfect base for your holiday on the sunshine island of Lanzarote.
