This is another beautiful villa on the much sought after exclusive Playa Real development. With electric gates at the entrance and private access to the seafront walkway with its lovely views and host of upmarket cafes and restaurants, the location is unbeatable in the resort. The villa is beside our Playa Real 5 villa and owned by the same person, so ideal for large families or groups wanting to holiday together. The villa has a wonderful roof terrace with stunning views to sea, Fuerteventura and the nearby Montaņa Roja. The pool is electrically heated and the southfacing terraces provide ample space to soak up the sun or provide shelter from the wind in winter. A covered outside dining area means you can enjoy the alfresco experience of a holiday barbecue. Inside, the villa features a glass topped central atrium dining room where you can dine under the stars on the cooler evenings. Doors from here lead off to the main lounge and 3 bedrooms, 1 double ensuite, another double and twin, and a further bathroom. There is a further smaller lounge/bedroom with a double sofabed, and a seperate fully fitted modern kitchen and utility area. This Playa Real villa provides quality accommodation in the ideal location if you donīt wish to hire a car.

Where only 4 or 5 people rent the villa as a 4 bed, there is a minimum charge of 180 euros and 90 euros respectively. Changeover day flexible. Linen change weekly, towel change mid-week.
