The villa is elevated above the coastal walkway, so along with the pool area, is completely private from that direction. It is also on a priviledged corner plot with the villa next door on the other side angled away to complete your privacy. With a private entrance to the walkway, a small beach within 2 minutes walk, and the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach where there are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, under 10 mins walk, this exclusive villa offers the rarest of opportunities to enjoy your holiday in true luxury in the perfect location. Huge southfacing sun terraces surround the large electrically heated swimming pool, and there is also a children´s paddling pool. On the far left hand side of the villa, a covered dining area has been created to allow you to enjoy your glass of wine in the evening soaking in the view, or for dining alfresco. Inside the villa, you can relax in the most luxurious of surroundings with high domed ceilings and beautiful dark wood and hand-made terracotta tiles in evidence throughout. The elegantly furnished lounge has a huge plasma TV with satellite, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and is air conditioned. A telephone and ADSL internet connection are available for guests use. Walking through the lounge, you will come into a beautiful courtyard/atrium which has been made into a quite stunning dining room, where you can dine under the stars. There are 4 exquisitely furnished bedrooms, 2 of them ensuite and air conditioned, the master having a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. A further 2 bedrooms, another bathroom, and a lovely, very spacious, fully fitted modern kitchen, complete what the villa has to offer.
