This delightful villa is without doubt one of the best presented on the peaceful residential estate of Playa Burgado. Situated close to the sea, and with distant sea views from the terrace, the owners very much offer a home from home style villa with everything provided for you to enjoy your holiday in Lanzarote´s wonderful year-round climate. The southfacing terrace provides plenty of room to sit around the electrically and solar heated swimming pool soaking up the sun during the day and enjoying a barbecue in the evening if the nearby restaurants don´t tempt you. Inside, all rooms have ceiling fans and have been very tastefully furnished by the owners who are very proud of their lovely villa. The master bedroom is ensuite and there is a twin bedroom and further bathroom. The lounge has a dining area, and entertainment is provided with satellite TV, DVD, VCR players and a selection of DVDs, videos, books and games to keep the children amused. Within 5 or 6 minutes walk of the villa are a selection of cafes, restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets, whilst the seafront walkway is just 2 mins walk away. For a very afforadble holiday in quality accommodation, this villa is hard to beat.
