This lovely apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area close to the sea. With local cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short 7/8 mins walk, the apartment offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday in comfortable accommodation at a very affordable price. The apartment is an annexe to the owners accommodation, but with its own entrance, terrace and exclusive use of the heated pool and surrounding terrace. This area is is not overlooked by the owners accommodation or by surrounding properties, making it very private whilst still retaining beautiful views to the islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. The apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with another shower room. The very spacious lounge/diner/kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven and grill, and a microwave oven. There is a TV and DVD player with a huge selection of DVDs, and a selection of books.
