This large, modern villa is very spacious, has
mature gardens and enjoys sea views. Located in the popular centre of Puerto
del Carmen, it´s just a 7 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the
nearest shops. The villa is on two levels, with both open and covered
terraces, and offers privacy with both indoor and outdoor dining. There is a
Jacuzzi as well as a spa bath built in to the swimming pool, BBQ and
satellite TV. The villa has been tastefully decorated with entrance gates
leading on to a fully tiled terrace which surrounds the property.
Comfortable patio furniture including sun loungers and sofas adorn the patio
area, which can be illuminated at night. The villahas an alarm system, off
road parking, and a safe.
Ground floor. Double doors from the covered terrace area lead through
to the spacious kitchen which is fully fitted with ceramic hob and electric
oven, dishwasher, American style stainless steel fridge/ freezer with water
filter and ice freezing facility. There is a twin bedroom with internet
connection, fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room. The lounge has two
large 3 seater sofas, coffee table, drinks cabinet, ornate slate and marble
fireplace, CD/DVD player, and Satellite TV, and there is a dining area.
First floor. Winding marble staircase leading to double bedroom with
fitted wardrobes; a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes; master bedroom with
double bed, central fan and en suite shower room. This room has sea views,
and overlooks the pool; there is also a large upstairs balcony, ideal for
sunbathing and a further shower room with walk in shower, toilet and bidet.
