We are delighted to offer this residential development of villas in central Puerto del Carmen. The main promemade with it's large selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and long sandy beach is approximately 6 minutes walk. Thes villas are two storey and modern, all have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool which is acclimatised in the winter months. The villas are similar in style and comprise:- Ground floor Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring electric cooking hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small table; Utility room with washing machine and drying area; bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin; twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes; Lounge with dining table and 6 chairs, seating area, satellite TV (limited channels), video player, portable music player, terrace doors leading to pool area; sun terrace with table and chairs, sunbeds, portable BBQ. First floor twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes; double bedroom with fitted wardrobes; bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin; sun terrace. Maid service is provided twice weekly. Please note internal pictures below are representative only, each property is furnished slightly differently but to a similar standard.
