If you like your holiday accommodation to be in a quiet and
peaceful area but close to all the resort´s amenities and sandy beach, then
this villa fits the bill perfectly. The Old Town with its beautiful harbour
is also nearby, where you´ll find some of the island´s finest fish
restaurants.
The villa has recently been constructed and everything has been provided to
ensure you have a memorable holiday. There are four bedrooms - two upstairs
and two downstairs with full length mirrored wardrobes in three of them.
The villa has three full bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, each
with shower/bath, wc, and vanity unit. The separate kitchen is well equiped
with full oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle,
toaster etc., and a 'solana' has a washing machine and drying area to
be found found. The lounge has a beautiful leather suite where you can watch
the satellite TV channels or a video. The dining room, has seating for up to
eight persons.
The swimming pool is heated either by solar in the summer months, or
electric in the winter. There is a lovely patio area where you can enjoy
cooking on the outside BBQ. Table, chairs and sunbeds are provided with
umbrellas to provide shade.

Prices are for up to 4 people sharing. Extra persons at £60 per person per week. Changeover day Thursday. Other days considered for late bookings. Linen change weekly, towel change mid-week. Beach towels not provided.
