This delightful villa provides ideal accommodation at a very affordable price in a quiet and peaceful area close to the centre of the resort and beach. Located in the recently constructed Parque del Rey development, the villa has been built using the highest quality materials and fittings, and features high domed ceilings keeping the villa cool on the warmest of days as well as lovely dark hardwood evident throughout. The owner has also extended the property to create an extra dining room, very useful when the weather is a bit cool to eat outside. In addition, a wall has been built in front of the pool area, and with side walls heightened, the pool area is very private. The lounge has satellite TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs and books, as well as Playstation 2 to keep the children amused whilst you work on your tan. There is also a MP3 player. The open plan kitchen has all modern appliances. Sleeping accommodation comprises a double and a twin bedroom, both with plenty of cupboard space, and there is a beautifully tiled bathroom with bath/shower. Patio doors lead out from the lounge as well as the dining room to the southfacing terrace and garden which surround the electrically heated swimming pool.
