Situated in the quiet residential area of the
old town of Puerto del Carmen, within easy walking distance of the old
fishing harbour and just a five minute walk to the nearest shops, bars and
restaurants of Montaña Tropical, this stylish villa, fully refurbished in
2008, has 2 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the adjoining
annexe. The roof top terrace offers fabulous views over open countryside
with mountain landscape and sea views. This cliff top location allows easy
access to the Old Town harbour area of the main resort in one direction and
Puerto Calero marina in the other.
The villa sleeps up to 8 people and comprises:
Main House
Comfortable and bright lounge area with corner sofa, satellite TV (limited
channels) and DVD player. Dining area with dining table and chairs leading
to the open plan fully fitted kitchen with small breakfast bar, stainless
steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic touch control hob, microwave,
kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron and ironing board and built-in washing
machine;
master bedroom with double bed, air conditiong / heating unit and en-suite
marble bathroom with bath and overhead shower;
nicely furnished bedroom with twin beds air conditioning / heating unit,
shower room.
Annexe
Positioned to the left of the main house, with a separate entrance, are a
further 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning / heating units, one with
double bed and en-suite shower room; the other has twin beds and en-suite
shower room.
All bathrooms have hairdryer and magnifying mirror.
The villa has a built in safe in each bedroom and an alarm system.
Games room
There is a separate games room with billiard table and table tennis table.
Children's pool & Jacuzzi
The villa is very private, with mature gardens and both covered and open
terraces. The children´s pool forms part of the main pool to the front of
the villa. The built in BBQ, with outside seating area, is situated to the
rear of the villa together with the 4 seat jacuzzi.
Main swimming pool
The main swimming pool is set in mature gardens to the front of the villa
with open and shady terraces, patio furniture and sun loungers and can be
illuminated at night.
