This charming recently refurbished three bedroom, three bathroom villa is located in the delightful “clifftop” area in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. The harbour, with it's traditional bars and restaurants is approximately 10 minutes stroll and the main resort with it's sandy beaches and modern night-life can also be easily reached. This spacious bungalow style villa is brightly decorated and comfortably furnished throughout. The entrance hall is filled with an abundance of natural sun light coming from the large sky light above the beautiful indoor garden situated at the heart of the villa, and leads to the three bedrooms as well as the lounge/dining room, with its two four seater sofas, coffee table, sky satellite TV including BBC & ITV, and DVD player. Patio doors lead to a large covered dining terrace over looking the pool; the dining area has an large pine dining table with 8 chairs, music system, and double patio doors to the BBQ area; modern fitted kitchen withlarge island style breakfast bar. The spacious master bedroom consists of a wooden king size bed, vanity unit, 2 night stands, patio doors with mosquito nets to both front and rear terrace areas, built-in wardrobes leading to the en-suite bathroom with wet room, twin washbasins and separate toilet and bidet. Between the master bedroom and second bedroom there is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, twin washbasins, toilet and bidet; one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which are also very spacious, both have fitted wardrobes, night stands & dressing tables; the third bathroom has a full size bath and shower, white ceramic washbasin, toilet and bidet. The swimming pool is heated during the winter months has metal steps and is surrounded by both open and covered terraces with sun loungers, patio furniture, BBQ and mature border gardens. The villa has a wifi internet connection, and is alarmed with a safety deposit box.
