own mature gardens and very well furnished throughout, this
quite stunning villa offers distant views of the sea and
Fuerteventura from its spacious roof top sun terrace.
The villa will sleep up to 6 people and comprises:
Entrance into large lounge dining area with comfortable seating, satellite
TV (limited channels), video, feature semi circular window with doors out to
the sun terrace and pool, dining table and chairs; fully fitted well
equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher,
microwave; Utility room with washing machine, iron & ironing board; Well
furnished master bedroom with 4 poster bed, fitted wardrobes, terrace doors
out to sun terrace; Further double bedroom with fitted wardrobes; shower
room and WC; twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes; full bathroom.
The 7m x 5m rectangular pool is solar heated (acclimatised in winter
months) with a small childrens pool. There are open and covered sun terraces
with patio furniture and sun loungers and built in BBQ. Stairs lead up from
the terrace to a further spacious roof terrace for basking in the midday sun.
The villa offers off street parking.
Maid service twice weekly.
