This lovely villa is next door to Montana Roja 8 on our website, and being pretty much identical, offers the same accommodation. So this beautiful newly constructed villa has been designed to incorporate modern and traditional Spanish architecture, and is situated in the ideal location - a quiet residential area but just a short 7/8 mins walk to the lovely Playa Flamingo beach with its seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa has a very spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, the lounge having satellite TV, DVD player, and HiFi stereo, and a Playstation can be hired if required. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. The bedrooms are all ensuite with bath/showers, there being 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. Outside, the terrace is southfacing with sunbeds, umbrellas and table and chairs surrounding the heated swimming pool. There is a covered barbecue area suitable for entertaining large or small parties. Together then, the 2 villas are ideal for large families or 2 separate families wanting to holiday together.
