This beautiful newly constructed villa has been designed to incorporate modern and traditional Spanish architecture, and is situated in the ideal location - a quiet residential area but just a short 7/8 mins walk to the lovely Playa Flamingo beach with its seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is located in the same area as other villas we can offer on Montana Roja, so is ideal for large families or 2 separate families wanting to holiday together. The villa has a very spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, the lounge having satellite TV, and DVD and CD playerS. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. The master bedroom with king size bed is ensuite with walkin shower, and there is another double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with a further bathroom with bath and shower over. Outside, the terrace is southfacing with sunbeds, table and chairs surrounding the solar and electrically heated swimming pool. There is a shaded dining area and a barbecue. A lovely villa in a great location.
