This beautiful newly constructed villa has been designed to incorporate modern and traditional Spanish architecture, and is situated in the ideal location - a quiet residential area but just a short 7/8 mins walk to the lovely Playa Flamingo beach with its seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is located next door to our Montana Roja 9 villa, so is ideal for large families or 2 separate families wanting to holiday together. The villa has a very spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, the lounge having satellite TV, DVD player, and HiFi stereo, and a Playstation can be hired if required. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. The bedrooms are all ensuite with bath/showers, there being 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. Outside, the terrace is southfacing with sunbeds, umbrellas and table and chairs surrounding the heated swimming pool. There is a covered barbecue area suitable for entertaining large or small parties. A lovely villa in a great location.
