This fabulous large villa is perfectly located less than 10 minutes walk to Playa Flamingo beach with its seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as 2 kitchens and 2 lounges spread across two floors, so ideal for large family groups or 2 separate families to holiday together. In addition, the villa boasts a lovely very private roof terrace with stunning panoramic sea and mountain views, as well as a mature garden with Canarian flowers and palms surrounding the solar and electrically heated swimming pool. There are 3 terraces to enjoy the fabulous all year round climate Lanzarote has to offer. The first from the lounge doors is ideal for alfresco dining. There’s a large dining table big enough for 12 people and even an outdoor fridge, washing area, cooker and large BBQ. Next to the dining area is an outdoor 3 piece sofa set - ideal for watching the sun set after a nice meal. Inside, you´ll find a fine display of Spanish furniture and art work. As you would expect, very spacious accommodation with king size and queen size double bedrooms, another 2 double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are ensuite. Both lounges have large LCD TVs with satellite, as well as DVD players, and the 2 kitchens are very modern and fully equipped. For entertainment, the villa offers a playstation, X box and Nintendo Wii, and internet access is available.This villa is one of the finest on the island and provides everything you will need for a memorable holiday in the Lanzarote sunshine.

Prices are for up to 6 people sharing. Extra persons at £100 per week per person. Changeover day flexible. Linen change and towel change weekly. Beach towels not provided.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £75 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
