Looking for luxury accommodation in Playa Blanca close enough to the beach and resort amenities so that you have no need to hire a car? Then this lovely 3 bedroom villa will certainly please you. Located in a quiet residential cul de sac, the villa is just a 6/7 mins stroll to the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach where there are plenty of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes. The harbour and resort centre are just a bit further along the seafront walkway. The villa is very private and has lovely sea and mountain views. The covered outside terrace provides the ideal location for a leisurely breakfast, lunch or evening barbecue. The swimmimg pool is solar and electrically heated, and the sheltered southfacing sun terraces provide plenty of opportunity to work on your tan. Step inside the patio doors into the very spacious lounge and dining area, where you will find satelliteTV, and DVD and CD players for your entertainment. There is a seperate fully fitted modern kitchen and utility area. All 3 bedrooms are airconditioned, one a double ensuite, and the other 2 twins.

Prices are for up to 3 people sharing. Extra persons at £80 per person per week. Changeover day flexible. Linen and towel change weekly. Beach towels not provided.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £60 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
As an additional extra ALL THE BEDROOMS HAVE PAY AS YOU GO AIR-CONDITIONING, HEATING, DEHUMIDIFYING, AIR FILTERING UNITS for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather.
This villa has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
