Looking for a large villa to acommodate a large family group? 0r maybe you are 2 families wishing to holiday together but who like to have their own individual space. We can provide the answer for you with these 2 villas which have been twinned to provide one large property. The villa has 6 bedrooms, all airconditioned, and 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. All the bedrooms have twin beds, however they are designed to be put together to make king size beds if required. With 2 lounges you have 2 large LCD TVs and of course can watch different channels on each, and 2 DVD players. 2 Fully fitted modern kitchens as well. Outside, a wonderful roof terrace provides complete privacy for all day sunbathing and fantastic panoramic views to sea, Fuerteventura and the Femes Volcano mountain range. There is an upper and lower terrace to both sides villa. The upper terraces have attractive railings and are gated, making it perfect for families with small children, and a great space to sit in the evening on one long table for the BBQ. On the lower terraces you have 2 large heated pools with roman steps and 2 very large private sun terraces with barbecues on both. With the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach with its cafes, restaurants and supermarkets under 10 mins stroll from the villa, it provides the perfect location for a wonderful Lanzarote sunshine holiday.

Prices are for up to 6 people sharing. Extra persons at £80 per person per week up to a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children in total.. Changeover day Thursday. Other days considered for late bookings. Linen change weekly, towel change mid-week. Beach towels not provided.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £75 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required. This only applies to 1 pool - the other pool is only solar heated.
As an additional extra ALL THE BEDROOMS HAVE PAY AS YOU GO AIR-CONDITIONING, HEATING, DEHUMIDIFYING, AIR FILTERING UNITS for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather,
This villa has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
