This fabulous villa is located in the exclusive area of Los Riscos, where you will find the resort´s most expensive villas. The whole of the ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge/diner and kitchen, as well as the pool and extensive grounds gardens are available for guests. The upstairs is used by the villa owners, but the villa is only rented out when the owners are not in residence, so your complete privacy is assured. The upstairs will be locked. The villa boasts some of the best views on the island, with a panoramic vista over the resort to the Papagayo beaches and Fuerteventura. The villa has been designed to make the most of these stunning views. The outside southfacing terrace is huge and surrounds the large 10m x 5m solar and electrically heated swimming pool. You have 2 choices for outside dining - on the covered terrace outside the lounge, or at the covered barbecue area. You can also choose to eat inside. The spacious lounge is very bright with patio doors outside, and has been stylishly furnished with satellite TV with BBC, ITV, CH4 and 5, not commonly available in the Canaries. Sleeping accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms with king sized beds, and 2 twin bedrooms. The master bedroom and 1 one of the twin bedrooms, have patio doors to the outside terrace and pool. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers. The villa has a large fully fitted modern kitchen. A wonderful villa for a wonderful Lanzarote holiday!
