Located in an elevated position overlooking the resort of Playa Blanca, the villa, pool and terraces offer quite breathtaking panoramic mountain and sea views to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Los Riscos is where you will find some of the most expensive villas in the Canaries, and this very spacious villa has been furnished and presented in keeping with what you would expect from a villa in such an exclusive location. The villa has been designed to maximise the wonderful views and no matter where you are in the villa, they are there for you to admire. The large master bedroom is ensuite with jacuzzi bath, and patio doors to the terraces. There is a further double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with patio doors to the terrace from 2 of these bedrooms, as well as 2 further bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are air conditioned. The lounge has a 42" plazma TV with full Sky package including Movies and Sports, DVD player with surround sound, and the villa has an internet connection. The villa has a separate large kitchen. It also has a separate apartment sleeping 4 people with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. Prices are for up to 4 persons. Extra persons at £75 per person per week. Use of the apartment has a minimum charge of £150. It cannot be booked separately and is only available once the villa is fully occupied by 8 paying guests.
Changeover day flexible. Clean linen weekly, towel change twice weekly. Beach towels not provided.
