Luxury Villas Lanzarote are delighted to be able to offer one of Playa Blanca´s finest rental properties - a uniquely designed luxurious villa with the most breathtaking views, located in the very exclusive area of Los Riscos. The elevated position ensures quite stunning panoramic mountain and sea views over the whole resort to the islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura from all the rooms and terrace. Every room - lounge/dining, kitchen and the 3 bedrooms - has the stunning views, and patio doors lead out from each one to the huge, completely private, southfacing terraces where the views will literally take your breath away! You have the choice on the terraces of relaxing on sunloungers, deckchairs, a comfortable suite, around a table under an umbrella, or around a large dining table enjoying a meal or barbecue. The electrically and solar heated 10m x 4m swimming pool has an electric retractable cover. The inside of the villa is quite luxurious and unique, and each room has been designed to take advantage of the views. The spacious lounge and dining room has a central atrium with plants, whilst the large master bedroom is glazed on two sides to take advantage of the views for you to wake up to in the morning. The ensuite bathroom is quite stunning with feature bath and seperate walkin shower. There are 2 other bedrooms, both twins, another bathroom and a cloakroom/toilet. The villa is airconditioned throughout and features beautiful handmade Spanish tiling inside and on the terraces. The villa has a seperate airconditioned 1 double bedroom apartment with lounge, kitchen and shower-room, which has the same panoramic views from the rooms. This is NOT rented out seperately to other guests if it is not required by guests in the villa. Electrically operated entrance gates with internal parking for 2/3 cars, ensure complete security. Prices are for up to 4 persons. Extra persons, up to 6 for the villa, at £75 per person per week.
The apartment can be booked on the understanding the villa is booked for 6 paying guests first. i.e. the weekly rate plus £150. The minimum charge for the apartment is an additional £150 per week.
Normal changeover day is Thursday. Other days will be considered depending on availability. Clean linen weekly, towel change twice weekly. Beach towels and bathrobes provided.
