This beautiful very private villa is located in the exclusive Los Mojones area in Puerto del Carmen, and offers luxurious accommodation in a quiet and peaceful residential location within a short walking distance of the beach and all the amenities of the resort. The outside space is delightful with very mature gardens surrounding the electrically heated swimmimg pool, and there is a small childrenīs pool. The very private southfacing terraces offer the chance for that undisturbed all-over tan! A covered outside dining area with stone barbecue allows for alfresco dining if you donīt want to sample the resortīs many and varied restaurants. The spacious interior is stylishly furnished and features high domed ceilings making it cool inside on even the warmest of days. The lounge has a rich leather suite with satellite TV and DVD and CD players for your entertainment. The villa also has a games room with pool table and playstation. Sleeping accommodation consists of a master double ensuite bedroom with patio doors to the terrace, another double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with a further bathroom.
