This fabulous villa is offered by the same owners of Los Mojones 1 and provides the same fantastic holiday experience for guests. One of the finest rental villas in the Canary Islands, the villa is located in a very quiet and exclusive cul de sac location, but just a short walk to the Old Town and harbour area of Puerto del Carmen where you will find cafes, bars and international restaurants to suit all tastes. "Luxurious", "exclusive", "quality", "fine style" are just a few words which come to mind when describing this connoisseur´s villa. As you would expect with a villa of this quality and ambience, the outside terraces and pool area are completely private and provide plenty of sun and shade surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The swimming pool has a jacuzzi and children´s pool, and the outside games area has a pool table, table tennis and darts. The quality of the outside space is more than matched by that of the magnificent inside - this is something special! Marble floors and luxury fittings throughout, with a marble fireplace and fountain. The airconditioned lounge is spectacular with a stunning high domed wooden ceiling, and here you will find Satellite TV with full Sky package, DVD player, CD player, and books and games. Step through from the lounge to the exquisite dining room and then to the very spacious fully fitted modern kitchen. The bedrooms are equally spacious, one double ensuite, and 2 twins with further bathroom and shower room. There is a towel change 6 days a week, and linen change twice weekly. With a welcome of champagne and flowers on arrival and bath robes for all guests, you´ll very quickly realise you´re staying in a very special villa!
