This lovely villa is located in Los Claveles, an exclusive area of Playa Blanca where you will find some of the resort's most expensive properties. The beach with seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets is less than a 15 minute walk away, and there is a small supermarket and taxi rank very close to the villa. Very spacious inside, the villa is on 2 levels, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and another bathroom on the other level. All the bedrooms are double with twin beds. The large lounge is open plan and features a complete home entertainment system with DVD player, and there is a fully fitted modern kitchen. The villa features a completely private roof terrace which is accessed by internal stairs from the breakfast room. The upper terrace provides shade from the midday sun, whilst the lower terrace and lovely gardens surround the solar and electrically heated pool. Here you will also find a dedicated barbecue area with its own food preparation and washing facilities to save you returning to the kitchen.

Prices are for up to 4 people sharing. Extra persons at £60 per person per week. Changeover day Thursday. Other days considered for late bookings. Linen change weekly, towel change mid-week. Beach towels not provided.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £75.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
This villa has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.
