We are delighted to offer this beautiful villa with lovely sea views in the very exclusive area of Los Claveles. The uniquely designed villa offers an ambience which is quite hard to find in the resort, and the beautiful very private gardens filled with Canarian plants and palms, provide the perfect place to relax around the poolside enjoying the endless sunny days Lanzarote has to offer. The covered outside dining area provides wonderful sea views to Fuerteventura - where better to spend the evening watching the sun set and enjoying a barbecue. Inside the villa, 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite, one with a king size double bed and the other with twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds with patio doors opening onto the lower terrace and pool. It has a bathroom next to the bedroom. The villa also has a shower room. All the linen provided in the bedrooms is of the best quality Dorma. The lounge has satellite TV with many English channels, as well as DVD and CD players and there is a fully fitted modern kitchen. With the delights of the upmarket resort just a 20 minute walk away and a local supermarket and taxi rank under 5 minutes walk, this villa provides luxury and location.

Prices are for up to 4 people sharing. Extra persons at £85 per person per week. Changeover day flexible. Linen and towel change weekly.. Beach towels not provided.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £75.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
