This lovely villa provides excellent accommodation for those people who love to sit out on the terrace and admire the view! Located on the outskirts of the resort, the elevated position gives wonderful views looking over the resort to sea and the islands. Sunshine all day on the southfacing terraces and a barbecue in the evening. If you´d rather enjoy the host of wonderful restaurants that Playa Blanca has to offer, then the resort centre is a 35 minute walk (get a taxi back as it´s uphill!), or you can use the hire car which comes free with the villa. The spacious lounge and dining area has patio doors to the terrace and also to the barbecue area. It has satellite TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Sleeping accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite with jacuzzi baths. 2 of the bedrooms are double and the other is a twin. There is a third bathroom with shower. In addition, in the area which was the garage, there are 2 sets of bunk beds which can sleep 4 children. A fully fitted modern kitchen completes what the villa has to offer.

This villa has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.
