This stunning villa offers luxury accommodation in the beautiful rural village of Las Breñas overlooking Playa Blanca. Just a 10 minute drive to the resort´s amenities and beach, the villa is very private and has lovely sea and mountain views. Used as a residence by the owners for most of the year, the villa offers home from home comforts in very spacious surroundings. The large lounge/dining area is very stylishly furnished and has light flooding the area from all directions. Patio doors lead out from here to the outside terraces and pool. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. Pass along the lovely hallway to the sleeping accommodation - 4 double bedrooms, one ensuite with patio doors to the terrace. There is a further family bathroom. The villa provides plenty for the family with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, Playstation 2, table football game, and an outside children´s games area with toys, scooters, trampoline etc. as well as the heated swimming pool. Only available for the summer weeks and Christmas/New Year.
