We are delighted to be able to offer you this beautiful luxury 3 bedroom villa, very suitable for families, enviably located close to the sea in the much sought after area of Faro Park in Playa Blanca. Beautifully presented, the villa has been equippped with everything you´ll need to enjoy your time in the Lanzarote sun - delux jacuzzi hot tub, electrically heated swimming pool, satellite TV with over 100 English channels, VCR/DVD player, and for the children - DVDs, games, toys, etc., safety gates for the stairs, and a pool alarm system with a wristband for young children so that the alarm goes off should they fall into the pool. As you enter the villa, you will see the beautiful marble staircase which takes you upstairs to a fabulous ensuite master bedroom which has a large dressing area and patio doors leading to a terrace where you will find the most breathtaking sea and mountain views. Downstairs, there are 2 twin bedrooms, a further bathroom with walkin shower, fully fitted modern kitchen, and a spacious lounge with patio doors which lead to the pool and terraces, as well as a covered dining area where you can enjoy your evening barbecue. Normal changeover day is Thursday. Other days will be considered depending on availability.
