This new, very spacious modern villa, is located on a spectacular setting on the southwest tip of the island. Finisterre is a small and very exclusive development on the seafront, ideal for those looking for luxurious accommodation in a very peaceful and relaxing location, but with local amenities within easy walking distance, and those of the resort, a 5 minute drive away. The villa boasts an impressive 12 metre long electrically heated swimming pool, as well as a beautiful covered pergola area where you can enjoy a barbecue, or just relax and enjoy the sea views. Inside, the villa is very spacious, and the high domed ceilings combined with the constant cooling breezes off the Atlantic, keep the villa nice and cool on even the warmest of days. The large lounge/dining area is luxuriously furnished, and has satellite TV with DVD player, playstation with a large selection of games, and patio doors to the outside terrace. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twins, as well as 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to a covered private terrace. As you would expect, the kitchen is very modern and fully fitted. The villa also has a large slate pool table to keep the children occupied whilst you top up your tan. At a very affordable price, this villa provides luxury accommodation for a "get away from it all holiday" but with all the attractions of the resort closeby.
