We are pleased to be able to offer you this delightful villa on the exclusive residential estate of Faro Park. More than just a holiday rental villa, it is used by the owners themselves through the winter months, so is more of a home-from-home. Beautifully furnished throughout in the style you would expect in a luxury villa, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, and 2 bathrooms. High domed ceilings and stunning marble tiled floors keep the villa cool even in the hot summer weeks and the wooden shutters allow free passage of the traditional cooling Lanzarote breezes. There is satellite TV for your entertainment which has the full Sky package with Movies and Sports, as well as a DVD player with a library of DVDs and books. A fully fitted modern kitchen has everything you would expect in your own home. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the large southfacing terraces which surround the electrically heated swimming pool. A slightly different design of the villa and positioning of the pool, allow space for a beautiful garden in front of the lounge full of palms and other Canarian plants. Finally, the large stone barbecue gives you the opportunity to dine alfresco in the beautiful covered dining area. There are also 2 adult bikes available for guests.
