We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to rent this quite stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached luxury villa situated in the quiet and peaceful, exclusive residential estate of Faro Park. The location of this particular villa is quite exceptional as it looks out on to a large area full of palms and other Canarian plants, making the large southfacing sun terraces and electrically and solar heated swimming pool very private. There is shade from the strong midday sun under the wooden pergola where you can also dine alfresco with your barbecue. The owners have also added patio doors to the dining area to create an enclosed dining room if required, or the doors can be opened to provide another alfresco dining area. Patio doors also lead from the terrace into the stylishly furnished lounge where you will find satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels, unusual in the Canaries, so no need to miss your favourite soaps whilst you´re away!, VCR, and a film and book library for your entertainment.
