The villa is located on one of Faro Park´s most favoured locations with a corner plot and large garden, which has been beautifully planted with a large selection of Canarian flowers and plants. The villa has recently changed hands and the new owners have spared no expense in completely refurnishing the villa to make it into more of a home from home with many of the extras which make it more than a normal rental property. The surrounding wall has been heightened making the pool and terraces very private. Patio doors have been added to the dining area, and the floor beautifully retiled to create a wonderful inside space for evening meals. On the warmer evenings, the doors can be opened and you can enjoy a barbecue alfresco. The stylishly furnished lounge, which features a beautiful fireplace, also has patio doors to the southfacing terrace which surrounds the solar and electrically heated swimming pool.
