We are very lucky to be able to offer for holiday rental, this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private heated pool on the private and exclusive Faro Park estate. Uniquely positioned so as to be completely private and peaceful with open views to an expansive “green” area with many palm tress and other Canarian plants , the owners have enhanced the property with outstanding features which make this villa stand out from those around it. The terrace has been extended around the large pool to provide plenty of space for relaxing in the warm sun. They have also created a quite exquisite, beautifully tiled dining room with additional patio doors, which give the choice of dining alfresco from the barbecue on the warm evenings or closing the doors for cozy candlelit meals on any cooler nights. The high domed ceiling in the beautifully furnished lounge ensures a cool feel when you enter the villa from an outside covered terrace area through further patio doors. Here you will find satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels, unusual in the Canaries, so no need to miss your favourite soaps whilst you´re away!, as well as a DVD player, CD and HiFi. There are 2 bedrooms, one double ensuite and one twin bed, and the fully fitted modern kitchen has everything you´ll need when you´re not visiting the nearby restaurants and patisseries just 2 minutes walk away. A perfect villa for a relaxing holiday!
