This stunning property is located in a semi-rural location on the edge of the Costa Teguise golf course, and provides luxury accommodation for those looking for a quiet and peaceful location close to all the delights of the resort. The beach is 3 mins drive away, or a 25/30 minute walk, whilst the islandīs only water park is just 5 mins walk. The villa boasts a beautiful heated outdoor/indoor swimming pool, as well as a jacuzzi hot tub, with large gardens in a plot size of 1100m2. The build size is a large 260m2. There is a choice of barbecues and fabulous external dining areas which will delight even the most discerning guests. Inside, the villa has been luxuriously furnished to the highest of standards. Three of the 4 bedrooms are ensuite, and there is a further bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed. The lounge is stylishly furnished, and has satellite TV, DVD and video players, and CD stereo system, as well as a large range of books, games, DVDs, videos, etc. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could possibly require.
