We are delighted to be able to offer this quite beautiful luxurious villa in the small village of Conil, just outside Puerto del Carmen. Ideal for those people looking for a relaxing holiday in traditional Canarian rural surroundings but with all the amenities of the busy resort of Puerto del Carmen just a 10 minute drive away, this villa commands what must arguably be the best view in Lanzarote. From the moment you enter the villa, your breath is taken away by the stunning panoramic views from every room and outside terraces. You have magnificent coastline and sea views to the beaches of Fuerteventura, as well as mountain views to the side and rear. The villa is extremely private with many mature plants and shrubs in the large garden which surrounds the electrically heated pool and southfacing terraces. The accommodation is mainly on the ground floor where you will find 2 sets of patio doors leading out to a very sheltered barbecue terrace with shaded area, and those wonderful views. You could sit here all day just taking it in! On this level are the spacious split level lounge and dining room, 2 twin bedrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a quite unique indoor garden. Upstairs is the master ensuite bedroom with a door leading out to a roof terrace with more fabulous panoramic views. Combining modern accommodation but with a distinct rustic and rural charm, this villa will suit families and couples alike who want a relaxing holiday with spectacular views but close enough to to all the amenties of the nearby resort.
