This lovely child friendly villa is ideally located in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the town centre and beach. The villa is modern and spacious and provides a high standard of accommodation at a very affordable price. The outside space is very private with a high wall around the garden, and the villa is not overlooked at all. The swimming pool is both solar and electrically heated, and safety gates ensure young children cannot gain access to the pool area. Plenty of space to relax in the sun, both around the pool, and on 2 other terraces, where you can dine or just relax and enjoy a drink. Inside, the villa has 3 bedrooms all ensuite - a double master bedroom with patio doors to an upper terrace, and 2 twin bedrooms with double beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The lounge has a rich leather suite and satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels, not common in the Canaries. As you would expect, a fully fitted modern kitchen. The villa also has internet access for those who need to keep in touch. A very popular villa, so book early to avoid disappointment.
