This lovely villa is centrally located in a quiet and peaceful residential area in Playa Blanca, an easy 18 minute walk to the resort centre and beach. There is a small supermarket just 5 mins walk away. The garden area is secure with a lockable front gate, and the southfacing pool area and terraces are very private. 2 umbrellas are provided to give you shade. There are wonderful mountain views to the side which you can take in whilst enjoying your evening barbecue. Inside, the villa has been stylishly furnished with a lovely new leather suite in the lounge, which has satellite TV, DVD and CD players. The master bedroom is ensuite and has patio doors leading outside to the terrace and pool. There are 2 further bedrooms, one a double and the other a single with a pullout bed.
