This luxury property is set in
a fabulous valley just behind Arrieta Beach. It is uniquely set on an estate
of 30,000 metres of land
and boasts spectacular sea and mountain views. The area was originally
farming land and has two natural wells, the house is a fully restored Aljibe
'Water Deposit' and has been styled using local stone work and wood. Its
mature exotic gardens include fruit trees of Mango, Banana, Guava, Lime etc,
a bonus if you are here at the right season!
The house has its own mature garden, terrace, sun
loungers, BBQ, and outdoor thatch covered 'breeze house' dining area with
sea views.
This self-catering property has a large kitchen, sitting room with seating
for 8, a large master bedroom with a large built in wardrobe en-suite
bathroom with jet bath and a separate shower with large shower head. Bedroom
two has twin beds and a sofa bed for any extra visitors, this bedroom is
next to the second bathroom both have glass and steel sinks and Moroccan
mirrors. The house is on one level and has a further sofa bed in the living
room.
There is a shared solar heated pool, gas BBQ, dining and chill out area. The
swimming pool
is 10 metre
long with a jet pool a
Polynesian style day bed with thatched roof, large open entertaining suite
with 2nd kitchen, dining table, Moroccan seating area, and a guest toilet
with shower.
If an extra bedroom is needed an Eco Yurt is
available which sleeps 4.
The estate runs on wind and solar power and is a unique example of
sustainable living. There are 30 solar panels, batteries and 2 large
windmills. This rural location is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday
in the country with the beauty of being next to the beach. There is also an
added bonus of farm eggs every morning from our free range hens.
There is use of a computer with internet access for your stay if needed. For
our younger guests this property comes with trampoline,
play house and swing and the chance to visit the resident
donkey and
chickens!

The pool and chill out area are shared with the Mongolian Yurt onsite. The yurt sleeps 2 extra guests and is an additional cost please ask for details
The pool and chill out area and gardens service 4 dwellings on the estate, The 1st is this property advertised, the 2nd is the Mongolian Yurt also avaliable for rental this sleeps 2 guests. the 3rd and 4th our used by the owners. When the house and Yurt are both rented the pool is for exclusive use to the guests.
